Mrs. Hunter was the widow of the late Henry Hunter Jr. and the beloved mother of William Greene (The Late Thomasina), Horace Hunter (Linda), Larry Hunter (Bernadette), Shirley Creagh (Earl), Pattie Bailey (James), Deborah Noble (Dexter), Lamar Hunter (Deborah) and Adriene Hunter Simmons.
The relatives and friends of Mrs. Albertha Hunter will celebrate her life on Saturday, September 24, 2022 in Nichols Chapel AME Church, 57 Kennedy Street Charleston, SC. Rev. Joseph A. Darby, Pastor. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens, North Charleston, SC. A Walkthrough Visitation will be held Friday at the church from 6-8 PM.
