The relatives and friends of Mr. Arthur Elias Rivers are invited to attend his Celebration Of Life on MONDAY, August 7, 2023, 11:00 am in St. James Memorial Gardens, 1981 Grimball Rd, James Island, SC. A Visitation will be held at the mortuary on Sunday from 4 PM-6 PM.
