Pasley's Mortuary announces the passing of Dororthy "Dot" Johnson, 86, of James Island, SC who answered the Summons of our heavenly father to retire from the labors here on earth to her rewards in heaven on Tuesday, May 5, 2023. Ms. Johnson was a retired teacher's aide of Murray Lasaine Elementary School and retired secretary of Pasley's Mortuary.

The relatives and friends of Ms. Dorothy “Dot” Johnson will celebrate her life on Saturday, May 6, 2023, at 11:00 AM in Emmanuel Baptist Church, 1440 Folly Rd., James Island, SC. Interment will follow in Stempoint Cemetery. A visitation will be held at the mortuary on Friday from 5-7 PM.
