The relatives and friends of Dorothy Louise Parker will celebrate her life on Monday, March 6, 2023, at 11:00 AM in The Baptist Educational Center, 2026 Jacksonville Rd., North Charleston, SC.  Visitation will be on Sunday from 4PM-6 at the mortuary.
