The relatives and friends of Mr. Francis Mikell will celebrate his life on Saturday, May 4, 2024, at 11:00 AM in Payne RMUE Church, 1560 Camp Rd., James Island, SC. A visitation will be held at the mortuary from 4-7 PM Friday.
