Pasley's Mortuary announces the passing of James Edward Smalls, 90, of James Island, SC who answered the summons of our heavenly father to retire from his works here on earth to his rewards in heaven on Monday, July 3, 2023.

The relatives and friends of Mr. James Edward Smalls are invited to attend his Celebration Of Life on Saturday, July 8, 2023, 11:00 AM in James Island Congregational Church, 1890 Central Park Rd., James Island, SC.  A Visitation will be held at the mortuary on Friday from 5-7PM.
