The relatives and friends of Mr. Thomas Louis White Jr. are invited to attend his Celebration Of Life on Saturday, July 8, 2023, 12 noon in Payne RMUE Church, 1560 Camp Rd., James Island, SC. Interment: Payne RMUE Memorial Gardens. A Visitation will be held at the mortuary on Friday from 5-7PM.
